- Septem Startup and the administrators of this website are not the promoters, organisers or convenors of any of the demonstrations, gatherings or public events published on the platform.
- The website's role is limited to compiling and displaying existing calls organised by third parties.
- Legal, civil, security or public-order liability for each event lies exclusively with the organiser or promoter formally named in the call and the corresponding administrative authorisation.
3. Responsibility for Comments and the Guest Book
The messages, signatures and comments published in the Guest Book or in the website's forms express solely the individual opinion of their authors.
- Septem Startup is not responsible for the opinions or content posted by users on the platform.
- Legal liability for each message rests exclusively with the person who submits it. To this end, the platform retains the technical and identifying data required by current legislation in order to cooperate with the authorities if required.
