Data we collect

For individual support: full name, email address, the city or province if you choose to provide it (optional field) and the message you choose to write. For support as an organisation: the representative's full name, the organisation's name, logo, message and contact email address. We do not collect special categories of data.

In the collaboration form (“I want to help”): first name, last name, email address, phone number and the message describing how you can help. This data is never published and is used solely to contact you and organise your voluntary collaboration.

In the ideas form: the text of your proposal, your name, your email address and the city where you live. The email is kept private to moderate the proposal or contact you about it; it is never shown in the public listing.

Purpose

The data will be used solely and exclusively to promote civic and social support initiatives for the benefit of the city of Ceuta and its citizens, and to deliver the set of messages to the competent authorities.

Data sharing and exclusive use

No data will be disclosed or transferred to third parties, nor will the data collected be used for commercial, advertising or partisan purposes. All information collected will be used strictly for the common good of Ceuta.

Publication

Public listings show the name, approved content, date and city if you chose to provide it; for organisations, the name, logo and locality. Email addresses are never published.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as request the withdrawal of your message, by writing to admin@septemstartup.com. See also the legal notices and terms of use.

Update history

  • 3 September 2026: the citizen ideas form now collects only the proposal, name, email address and city of residence. The city becomes a required field, and the proposal title and scope are no longer requested.
  • 3 September 2026: the citizen ideas section and the processing of data associated with proposals were introduced.
